This bag waist skirt from ASOS I just couldn't pass up, so I went tank top crazy (+ 1 t-shirt).

There's no way you can wearing any old black shoe w/ this skirt; it screams 

"I LOVE COLOR & I'm not afraid to use it!!!"

These beautifully colored (and sold out!!) pants from JCPenney.com are wonderful holiday pants to celebrate the season. Fall sweaters in a neutral tone will always go with this fuschia pant, especially if they look as classy and tailored as the pants themselves. Don't go too matchy-matchy with the shoes or you won't appear as savvy as we all know you are. Have fun with different styles/colors of flats and enjoy the party (that is your pants).

Okay, so I haven't looked at all there is to offer in "The Shops at Target" but so far, it looks pretty cool.

Here are some designs by Kirna Zabete:

We all know I love BLACK. The faux leather tights probably don't look as great in real life as they do online - same with Target shoes which is why the wedges (of course) are from ASOS.com - and because of this, I chose a dress (which may be kind of a mini dress) to go over the suspect part of the leggings/pants. The graphic shirt goes underneath the dress giving the whole outfit an edginess. And, here, sheer black tights (as I always suggest) would only show around your ankle and foot, but they make you look like you actually know what you're doing. And that's a plus.
